Keep reading to learn more!Sr. Analyst, Business & Customer Insights - Brampton, ONAs a Senior Analyst in the Business & Customer Insights team, you will be focused on working with our business partners to enhance the impact of our Marketing efforts by building and integrating comprehensive data and reporting solutions. These solutions will be focused on optimizing expenditure, improving operational efficiency, maximizing return on investment, and ultimately embedding a culture of data and analytics throughout the organization.What you’ll Do:Utilize your analytical expertise to develop and pioneer the refinement and innovation of Marketing insights and data productsDesign and develop BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Qlik SenseLead conversations with business stakeholders from Merchandising, Marketing, Technology and Analytics, to gather requirements and transform strategic and tactical requests into projects that deliver innovative and scalable solutions to business objectivesEnsure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of BI solutions by implementing thorough testing and validation procedures throughout the development, and production deployment processAnalyze the impact of multi-faceted Marketing campaigns while providing recommendations on how to optimize against business objectives.What you Bring:Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or other relevant field of studyProven experience in building dashboards and reporting using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Qlik, or MicroStrategyDemonstrated experience working with cross functional teams to gather business requirements, outline key metrics, and capture technical requirements to support the design, development and implementation of enterprise reporting and visual dashboardsAdvanced skills in SQL and/or BigQuery, including data manipulation and understanding of SQL procedures/functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
