- Support the maintenance and evolution of portfolio lifecycle frameworks in alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Assist with intake, prioritization, and benefits tracking across business units.
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, and dependencies, and provide insights to leadership.
- Maintain and configure portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure accurate data and workflow alignment.
- Build and update Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and provide visibility into portfolio performance.
- Support budget tracking and analysis, including actuals vs. forecasts, and assist in quarterly planning cycles.
- Contribute to capacity modeling and resource forecasting to support workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline portfolio processes and support automation and standardization efforts.
- Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to enhance portfolio maturity and tooling capabilities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to delivery and business partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and finance teams.
- Assist in preparing and delivering portfolio reviews and strategic updates.
- Project Support: 2–4 years of experience supporting data and/or AI projects, with familiarity in data platforms and delivery practices.
- Portfolio Management: Working knowledge of portfolio lifecycle frameworks and governance models.
- Tooling Proficiency:
- Jira: Experience with configuration and reporting.
- Power BI: Ability to build and maintain dashboards using integrated data sources.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Resource Planning: Exposure to capacity modeling and workforce planning.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
