#INVHACorp #LI-PI1Key Areas of Accountability:Communication and CollaborationEffectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.Report WritingWork within the data analytics team to review and refine reports and dashboards, ensuring outputs are accurate and reliable.Data StorytellingLeverage data storytelling techniques to communicate complex insights in a clear, compelling way that supports strategic and operational decisions.Data AnalysisWork with the Data Engineer to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that can improve patient care, operational efficiency, and decision-making.Statistical Analysis and ModelingApply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, build predictive models, and uncover patterns and trends.Operationalize DataSupport the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance client outcomes, satisfaction, and operational performance.Privacy and SecurityEnsure data integrity and security in compliance with healthcare regulations.Continuous LearningStaying updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to continuously improve methodologies and too.Programming and Software ProficiencyUtilize programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, along with data visualization tools like Power BI, to manipulate data and present findings.Problem-Solving and Critical ThinkingIdentify business problems, formulate hypotheses, and design experiments to evaluate and validate solutions.Required Qualifications:A master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, health economics, health services research, informatics, or a related discipline is required.
