- Proactively managing executive’s calendar, travel, and daily priorities with foresight and efficiency
- Overseeing communication flow by triaging emails, calls, reports, and presentations to ensure timely responses
- Leading budget planning and expense tracking, providing monthly variance reports and financial insights
- Representing the executive in professional communications, both written and verbal
- Preparing materials for Board,executive, and teammeetings, including presentations and briefing documents
- Conducting research and draft reports or recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Planning and executing internal and external events with attention to detail and strategic alignment
- Maintaining organized digital filing systems and mentoring administrative staff to ensure consistent service delivery
- 6 + years of experience in senior administrative or executive support roles, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including experience engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Tech-savviness and adaptability, with comfort using tools like MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot and a willingness to learn new systems
- Sound judgment and composure under pressure, with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- A collaborative, inclusive, and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong lens for diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work
- Self-starter– you have an entrepreneurial drive and bias for action that translates to fast paced delivery and outcomes oriented results.
