
Manager, Marketing Analytics | Contract until February 2026

- Manage a team of 2-5 analysts/data scientists
- Define day-to-day work prioritization, process, technical requirements for NAM marketing attribution projects and ad-hoc analysis
- Identify areas of focus for the marketing sciences team and set annual and quarterly team objectives
- Effectively communicate performance results, attribution methodologies, timelines and expectations to stakeholders across marketing channel teams, finance and senior leadership
- Follow consistent standards for tracking marketing spend, execution and performance across attribution methods, marketing channel teams and finance groups
- Identify and lead adhoc analyses and randomized test vs. control on marketing channel performance across multiple outcomes to identify opportunities for improved marketing efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement of existing marketing attribution tools and methods
- Masters (or equivalent experience) in a technical field such as statistics, engineering, or computer science.
- 6+ years (or equivalent education + experience) in a technical role (BI engineer, data science, data analytics, engineering)
- 1+ year(s) leading and managing a team
- Experience with digital marketing execution and attribution methodologies
- Experience with modern BI tool (Power BI / Tableau) and visualization best practices
- Proficient in SQL programming
- Experience with developing data models for scalable reporting
- Proficient in programming in a statistical language (Python or R)
- Experience with modern software collaboration tools (Git)
- Understanding of database technologies and technical architecture

The typical hiring range for this position is from $1$131,100-$172,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
