- Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations
- Distribution of products and stock to units around the resort
- Liaise with delivery drivers and suppliers each morning to coordinate deliveries and collections
- Supervise the unloading and safe storage of stock, ensuring all deliveries are signed for, temperature checked, and quality-checked.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all back-of house areas
- Manage the storage and removal of redundant equipment and stock, keeping back-of-house areas clean and safe.
- Reject deliveries that do not meet quality or safety standards and escalate issues to senior management
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries and stock movements and report or concerns
- Ensure all back-of-house areas comply with health, safety, and food safety standards
- Conduct routine checks to maintain the integrity of storage areas and equipment
- Support the team in upholding safe working practices at all times
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to lift and move materials, including heavy items, in a safe manner
- Knowledge of stock control procedures, including FIFO, and best practices for storage and food safety
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
- A full UK Drivers Licence
