- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Regular interactions with clients outside of Quebec (30%).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable ways of transportation
- Willingness and able to travel to other sites on work area
- Technical experience, specifically familiarity with hardware.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
- CCENT Cisco Network Certification
- Willingness and able to travel to the U.S.
