- Leading full-cycle recruitment for early talent roles.
- Supporting the design and management of internships, co-op's and new-grad programs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, skilled trade programs and student associations.
- Building and executing the annual campus strategy to align with business needs and priorities.
- Planning and leading campus and virtual events such as career fairs, info sessions, networking events and workshops.
- Partnering with hiring managers for alignment on needs, scope and understanding of the roles.
- Managing candidate communications and pipeline.
- Reporting on funnel metrics, outcomes, and event ROI.
- Supporting onboarding and conversion for interns and new grads.
- Analyzing program outcomes and recommending improvements.
- Other recruitment activities as assigned.
- You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, career services, or student engagement.
- You have experience in high-volume recruiting or campus/early talent hiring.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging large groups.
- You have the ability to build relationships and interact with senior leaders and external partners.
- You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You have experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
- You are bilingual in English and French
- You have the ability to travel up to 25% including international travel.
