- Oversee end-to-end portfolio management, balancing competing priorities (regulatory, operational, transformation, experience) through data-driven decision-making
- Establish and monitor KPIs focused on adoption, user satisfaction, time-to-value, and business outcomes
- Build consistent product management practices: prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder engagement, and outcome measurement
- Embed user-centric, data-driven principles across the team
- Define expectations for Product Managers, emphasizing outcome ownership over feature delivery
- Cultivate a culture that empowers decision-making while maintaining strategic coherence
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and drive transparent, collaborative decision-making
- Communicate strategy, roadmap progress, and ROI with clarity
- Demonstrate measurable business impact through rigorous outcome measurement
- 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, with 5+ years leading product strategy and teams, with proven ability to deliver measurable business value.
- Ability to understand and evaluate technical architectures, integrations, and platform constraints; experience building products for technical audiences.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy for enterprise technology platforms.
- Experience leading product teams and deliver products that drive measurable business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software product development, user experience, and IT service delivery.
- Experience with ServiceNow product modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, Governance, Risk & Compliance).
- ServiceNow Administrator or advanced ServiceNow certifications.
- Agile, design thinking, or user research experience
- ITIL, ITSM, or IT governance framework knowledge
- Track record scaling product adoption
