- develop and manage the strategic plan of how the Economic Intelligence Program positions solutions and goes to market
- develop and maintain the roadmap from conceptualization to deployment at scale of new products
- define standards for execution and create feedback loops that ensure virtuous cycle of continued innovation and improvement
- coordinate across sales and execution functions as well as regions within Mastercard to enable regionalization within parameters of global standards
- maintain visibility on performance against budget
- develop and evaluate initiatives to meet regional financial objectives, consistent with global financial and strategic objectives
- identify and prioritize client needs for new solutions
- Ideal candidate would possess technical fluency across economics, statistics, and data science discipline, or the foundation on which to build this knowledge base
- Experience working with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers
- Familiar with the suite of economics consulting and data products in the market
- Strong collaborator who can coordinate teams across functions and time zones
- Demonstrated track record of stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage complex projects and timelines effectively
