Assist with the preparation of mining proposals for identified ore zones through all study phases to ensure future mine projects are appropriately scheduled and resourced as per the Life of Mine Plan. Provide ongoing technical support to meet the Mine annual plan and objectives, seek opportunities for continuous improvements, and lead or participate in implementation teams. Assist with the yearly Mine Operating Budget Process and contribute to cost improvement initiatives. Assist section coordinators with scheduling all mining activities to ensure timely execution and support uninterrupted production flow. Work culture dedicated to safety, diversity & inclusion, and career growth Technical Diploma in Mining or related discipline or, High School diploma with strong skills in math and computer usage. Minimum of 5 years Mine Technical Services experience is required. Underground mine design, mining engineering, scheduling, and high level of understanding of underground mining activities. Knowledge of engineering planning software (Deswik) is an asset. Knowledge of cash flow modeling techniques and mineral economics is an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with spreadsheet manipulation in Excel.
