In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects supporting the delivery of engineered electrical wire and cable solutions for industrial, mining, and infrastructure applications.Working closely with engineering, production, and external partners, you will coordinate resources, track project performance, and provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role plays an important part in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality, reliability, and customer service our clients expect.Work ArrangementThis is an onsite position based out of our Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada location.Travel within Canada and the United States may be required to support project activities and customer engagements.What You’ll DoManage projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scope, budgets, and implementation plansCoordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with defined objectivesMonitor project progress and adjust scope, timelines, or resources as needed to maintain project performanceEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholdersProvide regular project updates and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and project stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project tracking systems to monitor progress across multiple initiativesCollaborate with third-party suppliers and manufacturers to support project executionMaintain quality and performance standards while identifying and mitigating project risksEscalate issues when necessary to ensure projects remain aligned with expectations and delivery timelinesWhat You’ll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering2–5 years of project management experience, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project timelines and budgetsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailValid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the United StatesPreferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as PMP or P.EngFamiliarity with ISO9001:2015 and electrical codes (CSA, NEC, UL, etc.)Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft CRM experience considered an assetExperience supporting projects in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or infrastructure environmentsWhat We Offer
