This role requires someone who can think independently, manage multiple priorities, and confidently lead projects from start to finish.The ideal candidate understands the construction and manufacturing process and can effectively coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and external partners. Hands‑on renovation or construction experience is a strong asset. We value practical experience, problem‑solving ability, and sound judgment just as much as formal education.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, update, and maintain project quotesReview architectural plans, drawings, and specificationsParticipate in technical discussions with contractors and project stakeholdersCreate and submit comprehensive submittal packagesManage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with minimal supervisionCoordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth project executionProvide exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationshipsTravel to the United States as required for project needsQualificationsConstruction or manufacturing knowledgeStrong communication skillsPractical, common‑sense problem solvingRenovation experience is an assetMedical field experience is a plusEngineering background is a plusWhat We ValueIndependence and initiativeStrong organizational skillsAbility to interpret technical informationProfessionalism when dealing with customers and contractorsA willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
