- Scheduling web-based training sessions with clients
- Tracking and reporting client concerns with the conversion team
- Identify problems and make recommendations on how to overcome the issues.
- Ensure that client is confident that all data is migrated to the current platform accurately.
- Perform detailed client training on payroll and HR functions within the employee portal.
- Contacting clients via email and calls to ensure training is scheduled prior to final conversion date.
- Making system level changes to client profiles based on individual needs.
- Other duties as needed.
- Training experience
- Prior experience with payroll software/applications a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Payroll/HR experience helpful
- Must be able to perform in a team orientated, deadline driven environment
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with providing web-based training, communications, and general payroll knowledge.
- Knowledge of general database design and usage (especially relational databases), and all other Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
