- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage 7-8 direct supervisor reports and their teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure efficient and compliant day-to-day clinic operations across all locations, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Strategy Development:
- Create and execute operational strategies that align with growth objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and metrics to enable data-driven decision-making processes.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and CEO to scale operations, enhance best practices, and drive innovation.
- Talent Development:
- Facilitate coaching, performance management, and succession planning to foster career growth within the organization.
- Meeting Facilitation:
- Conduct monthly one-on-one and leadership team meetings to ensure alignment and performance management across teams.
- Cultural Development:
- Promote an inclusive, professional, and accountable organizational culture across locations.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years in operational management roles.
- Leadership Success:
- Proven ability to lead supervisors and develop strategies in a high-growth, service-oriented environment.
- Business Acumen:
- Strong ability to balance operational efficiency with a patient-centered care mission.
- Specialized Skills:
- Expertise in conflict resolution, confidentiality handling, and navigating sensitive employee or patient matters.
- Industry Experience:
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical services, or fertility-related industries.
- Data Proficiency:
- Experience in using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to inform operational decisions.
- Inspirational Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to inspire employees while maintaining professionalism and enforcing accountability.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Software Expertise:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, EngagedMD, Zoho, and Accuro EMR systems.
- Presentation Skills:
- Ability to create impactful presentations (PowerPoint) and leverage data visualization tools for reporting.
