We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our shop.We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Shop Retail Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the overall success of our golf shop operations. If you are passionate about golf, have a knack for sales, and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
  • Process tee time and sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Tee-On point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and merchandise displays
  • Assist with receiving and processing of new merchandise arrivals
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a golf shop or sporting goods store
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories preferred
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an asset
