  • Perform client facing activities to successfully deliver Oracle Cloud AMS following standard ITSM processes for functional and technical break/fix and support tasks.
  • Perform root cause analysis of Fusion issues and recommend options for problem resolution.
  • Perform configuration and setup changes in Fusion as required.
  • Facilitate meetings with business users to get clarification of business requirements and the process steps that resulted in the issue
  • Complete assigned tickets through the lifecycle of analysis, solutioning, configuration/ build, testing, deployment.
  • Update client documentation per the documentation standards
  • Coordinate with the technical lead and other support analysts for successful resolution of tickets
  • Contribute to data mapping and data loads as required.
  • Perform impact analysis of quarterly updates and participate in regression testing.
  • Perform knowledge transfer and training as required to business users for new changes being deployed into production.
  • Prepare designs and configuration of ERP Cloud for system enhancements and presents design solutions to client teams
  • Prepare testing artifacts, test functional configuration and data migration, and support client testing activities
  • Coordinates activities between onshore and offshore team.
  • Actively participate in support team activities to deliver outstanding service to the client.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8 + years of relevant experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP product suite and Finance End-to-End Business Flows
  • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Cash Management)
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes and usage in multiple industries
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
  • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Track record of successfully delivering solutions on a defined timeline.
Nice to Have
  • Experience developing BI Publisher reports
  • Experience with FRS reports
