Reporting to the Senior Mechanical General Supervisor, you will be part of the Mill Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.Supervise and coordinate the surface mill maintenance crew to ensure work is performed correctly, safely and on time with minimal impact on mine productivityHold daily safety/communication meetings with crewLead and coordinate all mechanical mill and paste plant equipment maintenance and projectsSupport and direct lead hands in crew line upsEnsure crews are trained to work in a safe, productive, and environmentally sound mannerInspect work to identify training needsSupervise and manage performance in step with set KPI’s, including planned and responsive maintenance and shutdownsMotivate and instruct all crew members when possibleReview and sign off work-orders in SAP/S4 HanaCommunicate with other department personnel to plan and schedule maintenance workAssist in revising programs, procedures, parts, systems, etcAll other duties as may be assignedQualificationsOntario Secondary School DiplomaInterprovincial Millwright LicenseSupervisor Common Core Modules (Surface), Mill Common Core Modules5 or more years of experience in surface/mill environment preferredExperience in supervisory/leadership role preferredYour Work Schedule:Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.#LI-AP1
