Mill Maintenance General Supervisor

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the first line Mill Maintenance Supervisors
• Provide the technical knowledge and skills required to assist in maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with company and department objectives
• Provide support to the department Superintendent to ensure consistency across the department
• Provide support to the first line Supervisors to assist with troubleshooting, crew advancement, training, coaching, and corrective action where required
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and compliance with timelines for corrective actions
• Ensure crew training requirements are being met, and encourage continuous improvement
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Trades Certification in Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, preference to those with senior supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mineral Processing Plants (Crushing/Grinding/Leaching)
• Experience in CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems), particularly SAP and JDEdwards

• Schedule: 4 days of work, followed by 3 days off from Tuesday to Friday, at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
