Position: Brand Manager
Location: GTA â North Toronto area
Work Type: HYBRID â 3â4 days in-office per week
Salary Range: Base between $70,000 - $95,000About Our Client:Our client is a fast-growing consumer products company in the personal care space, with a reputation for delivering high-impact innovation and culturally relevant branding. They are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and hands-on Brand Manager to drive the growth of one of their flagship haircare brands. The ideal candidate has professional experience in beauty - ideally in haircare - or can demonstrate a genuine, personal passion for the category. You keep up with haircare trends, know the major brands and influencers, and have a natural enthusiasm for the products shaping the industry.This role is ideal for a brand marketer with a few years of experience under their belt, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is eager to take ownership of campaign execution and product development.Responsibilities:The Brand Manager will work across marketing, analytics, and product development to drive brand performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Execute go-to-market strategies, brand campaigns, and marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional project management for product launchesâfrom concept through to shelf
- Partner with creative, sales, digital, and communications teams to deliver compelling campaigns
- Monitor consumer and market trendsâespecially within haircareâanalyze brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations
- Support development of trade marketing materials and sales enablement tools
- Track KPIs and analyze marketing effectiveness to inform future planning
- Build and deliver clear, concise presentations to internal stakeholders
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty, ideally haircare, or the ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for the haircare category
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior
- Experience with new product development and integrated marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset with comfort using Nielsen, IRI, or POS data
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel; strong presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Must be available to work on-site 3â4 days/week in the North Toronto area
