Our client, located in the Kanata area, is looking for an Accounting Assistant for a two month contract. Reporting to the Controller, you would be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing and reconciliations.Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with general accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, year-end reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Assisting with inputting payroll
  • Reconciling employee expense reimbursements
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
About the JobThis is a full-time, onsite 2-month contract starting asap. The role offers $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
