– Strategize on ways to expand business opportunities
– Meet sales goals, present line to customers, handle customer inquiries
– Negotiate deals, maintain strong understanding of industry trends
– Work closely with internal team to support brand development and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
– After sales customer serviceQualifications– Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
– Strong understanding of brand development, merchandising, and marketing strategies
– Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and communication
– Knowledge of and passion for the fashion industry, with familiarity in the Canadian retail market
– Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred
– Experience working in sales or a related field, with a track record of success, is an asset
– Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
