The Account Specialist role supports supplier onboarding, campaign activation, and ongoing campaign success across onsite and offsite media.Working closely with the Manager, Business Development & Ad Success and internal partners, this role supports OAM clients as they move through onboarding, campaign setup, and execution. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working directly with suppliers to help keep campaigns moving forward and aligned with program guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, vendor-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Campaign Support
  • Support day-to-day relationships for Self-Serve suppliers by acting as a point of contact throughout onboarding and campaign execution
  • Assist suppliers with building, submitting, and managing campaigns within Orange Access
  • Help address supplier questions related to campaign status, approvals, edits, extensions, and pacing
  • Support troubleshooting of campaign issues or delays and escalate when needed
  • Help ensure campaigns align with agreed timelines and program requirements
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) as required.
Strategic & Planning Support
  • Support the translation of supplier goals and media briefs into recommended approaches for onsite and offsite campaigns
  • Assist with aligning campaign timing to key selling periods and supplier priorities
  • Provide guidance to suppliers on how to work within platform capabilities and program best practices
  • Support test-and-learn approaches for new suppliers or new tactics as directed
Program Governance & Platform Support
  • Support adherence to OAM creative, copy, and campaign guidelines
  • Help communicate platform capabilities, constraints, and updates that may impact campaign setup or execution
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on Self-Serve workflows and policies
  • Support consistent application of program standards across suppliers
Leadership & Commercial Support (As Needed)
  • Support OAM leadership with contract renewals by assisting with coordination, historical performance analysis, and pitch decks
  • Support preparation for new vendor pitches or exploratory conversations, including gathering background information and pitch preparation

Minimum Education
  • University or College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum Years of Work Experience
  • 3-5 years in digital media, retail media, account support, or related roles
Other Requirements / Assets
  • Retail industry experience is an asset
  • Retail Media or agency media experience
  • eCommerce advertising experience is an asset
  • Self-starter and able to work well with ambiguity
  • Naturally curious, with an inclination to problem solve and uncover meaning
