- Oversee the Marketing, Communications, and Creative Services project tracker, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across all initiatives.
- Support the Director in assigning work, managing team capacity, and preparing monthly performance reports.
- Manage Dexterra Group websites end-to-end, including content updates, issue resolution, best practice adherence, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor web analytics and lead efforts to improve online performance and user experience.
- Manage digital and paid campaigns in collaboration with the Director.
- Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, evaluate ROI, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support integration and rebranding initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Create and contribute to strategic and creative briefs.
- Consult with internal clients on marketing strategy, messaging, and content needs.
- Maintain and enhance the content footprint across all Dexterra brands.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to direct reports.
- Oversee agency and vendor performance, budgets, and relationships.
- Bring forward new tools, technologies, and insights to strengthen marketing operations and outcomes.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of progressive marketing (agency and in-house) experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including:
- GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.
- WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Meltwater.
- Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, CMS and analytics environments, and workflow/reporting coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM integration (Salesforce is an asset).
- Adobe Creative Suite experience or agency background is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to build effective B2B content strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities, including KPI creation, ROI evaluation, and dashboard reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
