Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium spa facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in spa or wellness management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a critical requirement for this position.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa therapists, aestheticians, and concierge personnel.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and calming environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and products as necessary.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and spa promotions to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish performance goals for the team.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with the company's standards and protocols.
  • Oversee booking systems for a seamless client experience, from check-in to checkout.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Stay updated on spa trends, wellness innovations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Manager or similar role within a spa, resort, or wellness center.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Education: Certification or degree in hospitality, business management, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with spa booking and POS systems (e.g., Fresha or similar platforms).
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Spa Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of spa services, treatments, and products.
  • Flexible Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
