
Sales Development Representative

- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to build and execute targeted campaigns
- Build and maintain a schedule of relevant events to develop campaigns around
- Conduct outbound prospecting via a multi-channel approach including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Identify and map target accounts. Partner with revenue operations to build targeted lists
- Maintain detailed notes on all conversations with prospects, ensuring seamless handoffs to AEs
- Become proficient at cold calling and engage prospects with confidence and clarity
- Work toward team goals and revenue targets by delivering consistently high-quality opportunities
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask insightful questions
- High level of organization and attention to detail for managing prospect data and maintaining CRM systems
- Ability to take initiative, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting
- A natural curiosity to learn about our product, market, and customers, and use this knowledge to deliver value
