
Technical Specialist

- Analyze and develop technical procedures for management, civil specialists and coordinators.
- Maintain project timelines, develop budget estimates, and prepare status reports.
- Collaborate with procurement on service requests for proposals and source job-specific quotes from our third-party contractors.
- Open and close purchase orders, process invoices for payment, and participate in budget planning.
- Assist with projects as needed.
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's licence in good standing.
- Effective communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organization and interpersonal skills required.
- Technically proficient with the desire to learn.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Related post-secondary education, such as a diploma in program management or telecommunications technology, or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Experience in project planning and management is required.
