Pay: T4: $35 / IC: $40RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit, develop, and execute marketing campaign strategies to support customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans across traditional and digital channels.
- Conduct campaign analysis, performance tracking, and optimization to improve customer engagement and revenue outcomes.
- Develop and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery and measurement of campaigns.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, and proactively manage them throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise marketing standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
- 2–4 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within financial services or banking.
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within acquisition or customer growth portfolios.
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, media planning, and creative development processes.
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agency collaboration and managing external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence.
- Experience in a large enterprise or regulated financial institution.
- Exposure to both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, tracking tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working within governance, compliance, or risk frameworks.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
