Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:
System AdministrationConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot the NetSuite platform.Manage user accounts and security permissions in line with internal security policies.Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite releases and functionalities, and communicate impacts and recommendations to the ERP Product Manager and Finance & Accounting stakeholders.Manage sandbox activities, including user testing and data refreshes.Collaborate with NetSuite ACS and Customer Support when vendor intervention is required.Oversee third-party activities in sandbox environments in line with internal security policies.Customization and AutomationCustomize NetSuite fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts as needed to meet business requirements.Create dashboards and reports to provide users with key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.Automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and data accuracy.Implement and manage NetSuite integrations with other systems.User Support and TrainingProvide technical support to end-users on navigating and using NetSuite effectively.Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and configure NetSuite accordingly.Conduct training sessions to promote user adoption and best practices.Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials.Triage Jira requests, complete support cases, and maintain accurate records for reporting.Keep project activities in Jira updated to support progress reporting.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for system and process improvements and work with the ERP Product Manager to incorporate efficiencies into product roadmaps.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions for day-to-day operations and projects.What you must have:2 to 4 years of proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator implementing complex system changes.Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Customer-centric mindset and effective collaborator.Proficiency with software applications that integrate with NetSuite.Fluent in written and spoken English.Experience contributing to continuous improvement of internal best practices (e.g., standups, release planning, documentation, Jira processes).Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
