
Orion - Specialist, Partnerships

- Assist the team and oversee various partnership-related projects
- Build and maintain key relationships internally to drive greater collaboration
- Review media plans to determine Orion opportunities for clients across the Mediabrands ecosystem
- Prepare and update regular status reports and communicate with internal team to track deliverables
- Support in the development of partner projections
- Oversee, review and maintain partner tracking reports
- Develop and maintain partner utilization reports
- Work with Client Service team on partner supply utilization
- Participate and attend agency training and education programs
- Degree or diploma in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of media planning/buying expertise
- A good understanding of the Canadian media marketplace inclusive of digital
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications needed, experience in Excel is a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including math proficiency
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
