- Preferred: Minimum one plus years' experience in office processes and administration procedures
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
- Preferred: Working experience with SAP systems
- Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Numbers orientated and excellent math skills
- Great aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and staff.
- Desire & willingness to help others
- Provide administrative support for senior management
- Work with management on special projects, contracts & bids
- Assist in preparation of tender documents
- Monitor websites and emails for new business opportunities
- Assist in managing safety compliance websites across multiple platforms.
- Assist with organizing and reporting on field staff qualifications
- Maintain/reconcile essential databases and spreadsheets for project tracking
- Reply to or re-direct general information requests.
- Take meeting minutes as needed.
