- Serve as the President's primary point of contact and gatekeeper, managing communications and inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Prepare and review high-level financial reports, presentations, and documentation related to investment portfolios, insurance policies, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, investment opportunities, and insurance industry developments to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in managing financial transactions, including expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.
- Mentor and support junior administrative staff, providing guidance and training on best practices and industry standards.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- 10+ years minimum of Executive Assistant or relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a positive team approach to resolutions.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong expertise and comprehensive understanding of investment and insurance sectors, including a deep knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and financial products is an asset.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and must be highly organized.
