- Oversee and coordinate the Executive’s schedule, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal leaders, external partners, and clients on behalf of the Executive
- Organize and support meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of relevant materials
- Track key action items and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks and initiatives
- Support firm-wide meetings, leadership sessions, and special events as required
- Assist with coordination of strategic initiatives and leadership projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information
- Provide administrative and operational support that enhances overall leadership effectiveness
- 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within a professional services environment
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $85,000
