This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service.As a Genesis Guest Experience Advisor, you will serve as a dedicated brand ambassador - owning each guest's journey from their very first interaction through to vehicle delivery and long beyond. You will build lasting relationships, deliver concierge-level service, and bring the elevated world of Genesis to life for every guest who walks through our doors.Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated concierge for each guest, owning their experience from first hello to keys in hand - and long after.
  • Build meaningful and lasting relationships by understanding guest needs and guiding them toward the ideal vehicle solution.
  • Provide concierge-style service throughout the entire ownership journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
  • Serve as a Genesis brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and product knowledge.
  • Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations and demonstrations that highlight Genesis design, technology, and innovation.
  • Contribute to a showroom atmosphere that reflects the premium, design-forward world of Genesis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Genesis vehicles, features, technology, and brand standards.
  • Proactively follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Utilize digital communication tools and CRM platforms to manage guest relationships and support the modern retail experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and premium guest experience at every touchpoint.
  • Contribute to dealership initiatives and projects that enhance the overall guest experience and brand presence.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, or a premium guest-facing environment preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Valid OMVIC license required (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council - support available for candidates in the process of obtaining this)
