- Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain organizational clarity.
- Participate in various employer branding initiatives and projects in Levice, enhancing candidate experience.
- Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive recruitment journey.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in in-house HR/TA or agency recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries.
- Experience recruiting blue-collar roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Slovakia.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively.
- Flexibility, dynamism, and strong communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and a “one team” attitude, with willingness to take initiative beyond BAU.
- Fluency in Slovak and English.
