Our client is a company specializing in the design and manufacture of furniture. They are looking for their new ERP Implementation Coordinator to support their migration project to a new ERP system (Fidelio), while contributing to accounting and data entry tasks.Your role:
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system (Fidelio), in collaboration with the internal team and suppliers.
  • Work with teams to ensure that the system accurately reflects our operations.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Assist accounting team: data entry, reconciliations, basic reporting.
  • Perform SKU creation and management, product database structuring, and data cleansing.
Position type: Executive - permanent contractWorking hours: Monday to Friday - regular hoursJob location: On site, Montreal (occasional work in remote)Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience)Skills and qualifications :
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role (ERP, project coordination or accounting)
  • Experience or interest in ERP systems (experience with Fidelio is a strong asset)
