This is a hybrid role reporting at our Vaughan head office 2 days a week.For more information on what it is like to work for us, please watch our video, as well as a products overview at .Your Contributions to the Organization:Core ResponsibilitiesPrepare the monthly financial review (MFR) file in CAD & USD that is presented to the US team and Canadian Leadership TeamProvide commentary on monthly variance drivers (i.e. warehouse productivity, volume, and rate) and present the findings to the Operations Leadership TeamSupport development of SFP (3-years plan), Budget and Quarterly Forecast for OperationsCollaborate with project managers to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and assess financial impactDemonstrate strong collaboration and communication across Finance and Operations teamsPrepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and support other initiatives as requiredQualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FP&APost-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, preferredWorking towards a CPA designation, preferredHighly proficient in ExcelExposure to executive leadership is an assetExperience in a budget cycle is an assetExperience with Tableau or Power BI is an assetStrong communication & analytical skillsAnticipated pay range: $57,300 to $84,040Position currently vacant: YesContract Position: 14 monthsBonus: NoThe salary range listed is an estimate.
