- Manage and perform full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Conduct cost and variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage government remittances (HST/GST, payroll taxes, and other statutory filings)
- Support and collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for reporting, analysis, and data management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Strong experience with Accounting ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with cost accounting and variance analysis
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
