  • Own the customer relationship-serve as the go-to point of contact, trusted advisor, and growth partner.
  • Manage and expand sales with large retail partners (big-box and national chains) in the live goods/horticulture sector.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans, then execute with focus and flair.
  • Dig into data and market intel to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing) to deliver seamless service and execution.
  • Build smart strategies, pitch innovative solutions, and ensure programs run smoothly.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and industry shifts-bringing fresh insights to the table.

Requirements:Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in live goods, horticulture, or related consumer products.
  • Proven success selling into big-box or large-format retail.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfort with digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, CRM, ERP).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for plants, retail, or merchandising is a plus.
