- Own and manage a portfolio of Control & Signaling products, including pushbuttons, switches, pilot lights, signaling units, interface measurement, control relays, and power supplies
- Act as the technical and market expert for the assigned portfolio, supporting internal teams and customers
- Lead country-level launches for new offers, including coordination with services and support teams to deliver a complete, market-ready solution
- Support product development planning, including objective setting, timelines, pricing strategy, and go-to-market readiness
- Coordinate the marketing mix (product positioning, pricing, promotion, and availability) to achieve business goals
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, programs, and technical teams
- Work with the Programs team to design and execute segment-specific marketing programs, campaigns, and events
- Develop engaging presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and customer-facing seminars tailored to diverse audiences
- Create and adapt high-quality sales and marketing collateral that supports commercial success
- Develop, own, and maintain an effective Product Life Marketing Plan, championing best practices across the portfolio
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sub-segment dynamics to proactively drive action plans
- Capture customer feedback, competitive insights, and market data to influence long-term product strategy and global roadmaps
- Provide metrics and reporting to measure launch effectiveness and ongoing portfolio performance
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or an Electrical/Electronics diploma with relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, sales, or business development, ideally in an industrial or automation environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial control and automation products
- Solid understanding of automation markets and customer buying behaviors
- Proven ability to influence, present, and communicate effectively with both technical and commercial audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Canadian industrial marketplace (asset)
- Bilingual English/French (strong asset)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across Canada and internationally, as required
