Our client, a leader in the equipment service industry, is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Parts and Service Coordinator, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various equipment services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Parts and Service CoordinatorLocation: Moncton, NBPay Range: $22 - $24 per hour

  • Coordinate parts and service requests for compact equipment including skid steers, bobcats, and generators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of parts.
  • Collaborate with technicians to schedule service appointments and follow up on service completion.
  • Assist in the development of service proposals and quotes for clients.
