- Recruit net new AWS partners with a focus on expanding ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) while maintaining a high level of NRR (Net Revenue Retention).
- Identify new SMB opportunities while supporting partners in positioning AWS solutions.
- Drive AWS Services opportunities focused on assessments, migrations and AI workloads.
- Present Ingram's value proposition to customers, identify and discover customer needs, and qualify and track CRM opportunities.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Participation in events organized by the company, to attract customers as attendees to the event.
- Achieve the assigned quarterly sales objectives and performance KPIs.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing customer portfolios.
- Experience in the sales cycles (orders, pipeline, CRM...)
- Effective communication skills, Management skills, and priority planning.
- Collaboration skills to work in a team (sales, pre-sales, operations, marketing...)
- Fluency in French would be an asset.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is required.
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner is an asset.
- Technical understanding of cloud computing and AWS solutions is an asset.
