Key Requirements
Sales and Territory Development
Develop and execute a national sales strategy for ultrasound equipment and service solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, imaging centers, and private clinics
Build strong relationships with radiology, cardiology, vascular labs, biomedical teams, and purchasing departments
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Capital Equipment Sales
Sell refurbished ultrasound systems across multiple platforms
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions
Develop proposals and financial justifications to support purchasing decisions
Service and Lifecycle Solutions
Promote preventative maintenance programs and service contracts
Position as a trusted partner for multi-vendor ultrasound repair and service
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and post-sale support
Account Management
Maintain long-term relationships with healthcare clients
Drive customer retention through ongoing engagement and support
Identify opportunities for account expansion and upgrades
Market Intelligence and Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
3–7+ years of medical device or diagnostic imaging sales experience
Experience selling capital equipment or imaging technologies preferred
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and clinical decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Primary Skills
Experience selling ultrasound systems or imaging technologies
Familiarity with major ultrasound platforms such as GE or Philips
Knowledge of biomedical service environments and service contract structures
Established relationships within Canadian hospitals or imaging clinics

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, standard office hours
Hybrid role with travel as required
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary starting at $65,000+ plus commission
Uncapped commission structure
