
Technical Product Operations Specialist

- Manage requests: Take charge of incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritise tasks, balancing Customer value and Engineering effort
- Jump in: Handle configurations, simple scripting work and data investigations personally
- Communicate: Keep stakeholders in the loop, every step of the way
- Improve operations: Identify repetitive, error-prone and tedious tasks, and work with Engineers to improve workflows, build tooling and automation
- Onboard Customers: coordinate the technical side of Customer onboarding, ensuring everything works, on time
- You have 2+ years working in a Product capacity
- You have previous experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Support or Onboarding Specialist
- You have technical skills preferably in streamlining and automation of operations (Advanced SQL and Python)
- You are adept at understanding the technical workflow that leads to the final product
- You are great at problem-solving and critical thinking
- You are organized, and have for a knack for improving and building solutions
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Telco Retail
- You enjoy working with both the internal business as well as external clients
- You are excited at the idea of working 2 days a week from our downtown Toronto office, located by Union Station
