PowerPoint, and Word); to include advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot-Tables, VLOOKUP's, MACROs, etc.) required.Candidate must be ambitious, creative, proactive, and solution oriented.Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience in a similar field preferred.Experience with ADP preferredMajor responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:Assist employees with medical, dental, vision, life and disability, voluntary
benefits, retirement plans, pension plans, and other related benefit claims and questions including responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.Assist in recording and maintaining updates on disability claim information received from providersDevelop and prepare communications to employees about benefit programs.Assist in resolving administrative concerns with the carrier representatives.Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits.Assist NA Benefits & Compensation Team with completing benefits reporting requirements.Assist in organizing, classifying, and maintaining documents, contracts, and databases to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.In conjunction with Benefits and Compensation Team, perform all necessary tasks surrounding year end tasks, and new plan year tasks.Assist Benefits Lead to process monthly invoices from benefit vendors.Assist in the processing of required documents through insurance carriers and payroll systems to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.Assist with enrollments for employee benefits plans and perform other duties and special projects as assigned from the Benefits Lead.Assist in maintenance of the ADP system.Flexibility to attend in person team meetings occasionally, (if needed) across CanadaAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Requisition ID: 17808
