- Experience delivering major rail or high speed programmes, ideally within the design or early set up stages.
- Strong commercial, tender and negotiation expertise at executive level.
- Proven project delivery with construction and market knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
- Degree educated; CIPS or equivalent industry qualifications preferred.
