A growing and innovative company in Downtown Calgary is seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator (Marketing & Client Services) to support client relationships, product coordination, and day-to-day operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow into account management or sales over time. You'll work closely with the founders to support client projects and ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.This is a fully on-site role, perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative, and part of a growing business.Benefits & Perks

What You'll Be Doing
Client & Account Support
  • Communicate with clients to collect files, artwork, specifications, and product information
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Support client presentations and meetings alongside the founders
  • Send product information, samples, and follow-up materials to clients
  • Track client approvals and ensure projects stay on schedule
Product & Production Coordination
  • Coordinate with suppliers throughout the manufacturing process
  • Gather and organize product specifications for new projects
  • Support designers by coordinating new design requests and projects
  • Send RFQs (Request for Quotes) to suppliers
  • Track supplier pricing, discounts, and cost updates
  • Manage product information including SKUs, catalogues, and sample inventory
  • Order and manage sample products
Sales & Lead Support
  • Qualify inbound leads and gather key client information
  • Support early-stage sales conversations by collecting relevant details
  • Send product and company information to prospective clients
Operations Support
  • Assist founders with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks
  • Help research and organize trade shows and industry events
  • Support trade show preparation and attend events as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Production Coordinator, or similar role
  • Background in a marketing agency, creative, or client-facing environment is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Professional, personable, and confident interacting with clients
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
