We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will use both proven sales techniques and AI-powered prospecting tools to identify, engage, and qualify opportunities that expand our partner network.About the JobThe Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential vertical prospects through both inbound and outbound efforts. In this role, you’ll leverage AI-driven research and analytics to pinpoint the most promising prospects, personalize outreach, and conduct in-depth discovery to assess needs and product-market fit.You’ll combine your expertise in cold-calling, inbound lead qualification, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and referral partnerships with AI-enabled automation tools that help streamline workflows and prioritize outreach. Your goal is to build trust with qualified prospects and book meetings for our Account Executives (AEs), ultimately driving growth for our partner program.Your ImpactAs a Business Development Representative, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team and Account Executives to:
- Develop & Cultivate a Target Prospect List
- Conduct industry research using AI-assisted data mining and market intelligence tools to identify and maintain a list of highly targeted vertical prospects.
- Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals with AI-enhanced lead scoring to prioritize outreach.
- Engage, Qualify & Book Demos/Meetings
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, leveraging AI-generated conversation insights to tailor your pitch.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects through multi-channel outreach, including email, social media, and phone calls.
- Build Trust & Industry Expertise
- Use AI-driven competitive analysis to develop a deep understanding of the industry, including key challenges and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners through personalized, insight-driven communication strategies.
- Are comfortable conducting research, identifying opportunities, and driving engagement through outbound efforts—enhanced by AI prospecting and engagement tools.
- Are proficient in CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and AI-enabled productivity software.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, can analyze trends, and know how to use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes.
- Bring experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement; familiarity with ABM strategies or B2B sales is a plus.
