They know how to create learning environments that foster retention, application, and continuous development.We want your talent!If you are great at:Leading and conducting underwriting audits to identify opportunities for improvementAnalyzing data and metrics to drive operational efficiency and underwriting qualityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure national consistency and complianceDesigning and delivering engaging training programs grounded in adult education theoryApplying instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning experiencesCommunicating audit findings and recommendations to leadershipSupporting the development of national underwriting standards and training contentFacilitating training sessions and measuring learning outcomesIf you have:7+ years of progressive underwriting and/or underwriting audit experienceStrong knowledge of property, casualty, and auto insurance products and policy forms2+ years of experience in training or instructional design, with a focus on adult educationFamiliarity with adult learning models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model)Completion of CIP/FCIP designationStrong analytical and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelBilingualism in English and French (a strong asset; required in Quebec and Atlantic regions)Post-secondary education or equivalent experienceWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
