They help labs work smarter, faster, and safer with top-quality scientific equipment. This role combines social media strategy, paid advertising, and direct B2B lead generation. You will manage LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, and broader social media campaigns while building their brand authority in the scientific community with a goal to their online presence with high-quality content.Job Function:Social Media & Content
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Utilize AI tools/platforms to streamline content creation, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize campaign performance.
- Post 3-5 times per week, focusing on educational, technical, and product-related content
- Produce short product demos and "how-to" videos
- Highlight trade shows, new products, and industry insights
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Message Ads)
- Retarget website visitors and existing leads
- Stay up-to-date with AI-driven trends and technologies to enhance creative workflows and digital marketing strategies
- Track CPC, CPL, and lead quality
- Build prospect lists (Lab Managers, Pathologists, Procurement)
- Conduct outreach and book meetings for sales
- Coordinate with sales team to follow up on leads
- Repurpose campaigns for US and Canadian markets
- Re-engage inactive customers
- Track leads and campaigns in CRM
- Monitor engagement, lead quality, and cost per acquisition
- Provide monthly reports and actionable recommendations
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media platforms, running paid campaigns, and using analytics tools
- A background in Life Sciences is considered an asset, but not mandatory
- Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaigns
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong copywriting skills for outreach and ads
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation
- Basic video editing and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Experience in scientific, medical, or technical industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Magento)
- SEO and email marketing experience
